So I’ve had my Mambo home for 12 days now, and he’s about 13 &1/2 weeks old. He’s blended in perfectly with my other 2 adult cats; One he constantly chases and wrestles with, the other is content to just observe.

But among all the funny little things Mambo does, one is maybe interesting enough to write about. If I scoop litter boxes, and he is asleep in a totally different part of the house, he will run at top speed to watch me scoop the littler boxes. He seems to be very interested in this activity but doesn’t seem to show signs of stress. I make a point not to scoop if he’s just used it, thinking that immediately disposing of it might upset him.

I should say here that he’s 100% on litter box use, even when I moved his box from the temp room to the basement. He transitioned perfectly.

Aww, you have nothing to worry about ..... he is just curious as to what is going on with his litter box. He wants to make sure it is clean for the next time. LOL. Don't worry -- eventually this will stop and he will have a new adventure for you.
