Hi
Glad to hear everyone is doing well…just remember, treat them as 2yr old toddlers that can climb
With regards to the bowls, it’s perfectly safe to use fairy liquid for washing the bowls, that’s what we use (if the dishes aren’t in the dishwasher) . We actually use the new Antibacterial Fairy.
As for your litter trays, you realy should use bleach to clean them…it’s the only way to make sure any potential “Nasties” are killed off. We use Domestos bleach (diluted with hot water) to clean ours. It’s any products that contain PHENOL that you should avoid as it is poisonous to cats. You can generally tell if something contains Phenol as it makes the water go really cloudy on contact.
Bleach can be a problem with cats but provided you make sure your trays are dry after you have cleaned them, it’s OK. When it comes to litter trays. You do need something strong like bleach to kill any unwanted visitors. Demostos bleach is OK to use on your trays, but like I said, just make sure they are dry before you use them again!
Our house is SOOOO quiet. The last two babies left Saturday evening and it was quite sad
. Still, we’re “Hoping” the new owners of our babies will be sending us lots of photos...Queue Tracey & Stalin
