about bengals being very vocal... I'm not sure how true this is for every bengal as my girl Gucci doesnt make a sound! unless she wants feeding... thats about it- she never even attempts to talk to me lol she'll just look at me with puppy dog eyes if she wants anything. If she wakes up before me (she sleeps on my bed) she'll start faffing around and paw the door and occasionally will meow to be fed. But apart from that she barely makes a sound.

But with their intelligence you could train/teach her to sleep when your asleep and wake when you wake up.. that way your sleep hopefully wont be affected.

Having a bengal, i dont think i could ever choose any other breed of cat! They're (in my opinion) one of a kind. And they make home life so much more fun and loving.

I am new to owning cats as I have had dogs all my life and i now own a Bengal Cat. They are fantastic. Tia has never cried through the night or kept me and my husband awake since we had her from 6 months. She is the best thing that has ever happened to us. They are vocal cats but it is only because they like to be around you and talk to you. They are very loving. They do love water and its fun to see just make sure you always supervise them. Tia also goes outside in the garden to play when she has her mad half hour with me and adores it.

You will not regret buying a Bengal.

Thanks for all that advise! It seems Bengals are very endearing cats and I would really like to own one. Due to a couple of committments in April I'm not looking to buy one until May but I shall let you know what I decide to do. Thanks again!
