A friend of mine from another forum has just put a deposit down on a kitten, but it all sounds iffy to me. The kitten is only 4 weeks old but the breeders are letting her take him home on Xmas eve
This is what she said, I hope i'm wrong though but it does sound iffy to me:
HIS NAME IS TIGGER LOL, MY NIECES AND SISTERS NAMED HIM!
I SPENT LOADS OF TIME WITH HIM AND THE BREEDERS TODAY, WHAT A LOUD CHATTER HE HAS!!! HE WAS A LIL SHAKY, 4 WEEKS OLD YOU SEE, oops realised caps soz!!!
i met mum, dad and half brother plus all kittens.
what the breeder is offering as this is her queens second litter, which i agreed to, is we are having him early at xmas eve, resons being, with the last litter, she felt the new owners missed out on so much of them being kittens, growing developing playing learning and changing she wanted to give new owners the chance to take early also with reduced fee.
i thought about it for a while, and saw many diff opinions, but as long as he is eating, which he is showing interest in, and using litter tray, which he is he will be indoor cat too with long trips to park on harness when innoculated etc.
the breeders are lovely people, and really want you to enjoy them as much as possible at all stages, and after meeting them all today i was happy enough to leave a deposit.
so now its time to get posts/toys/food/appointments booked, bed, etc.
he is TICA registered, and will have full papers after he in neautered (sp) at roughly 6 mths.
hi, he is 300 pounds as i will have to pay for innoculations etc.
i saw mum, dad and mum's son who are all beautiful and very affectionate well looked after imo.
they dont seem like hugh breeders and maybe could be quite newish to this?? i really dont know.
they look all completely bengal, with the m on forehead etc, i didnt see papers (didnt ask).
my kitten is in gallery, kitten number 4 dob 9/11.
husband did say not long done website gallery thing
they only had mum dad son and new kittens.
they did say recomended time was 12-13 weeks, but felt new owners were missing out on so much of them growing and changing between 8 weeks and 13 weeks ???
