Thank you for both replies, I got Izzy at 11 weeks and got Charlie from the same breeder at just over 9weeks. Not too sure why it was so early.

I am still a little unsure how to put piccies on here as Iv not done it before... will try and work it out now.

Just a question : are you want they're trying to really fight ? Or could they just be playing rough ?

I'd say, as long as you're here to look and separate if it's really becoming bad, you should let them interact "to the end" and see how it really turns...

I say that because the mock battles my 2 have usually start like this : Onyx comes and washes Chaos, then bites him, and... let the mayhem begin as they say : they run after each other, play rough (like fighting but without blood ) and so on...

How long have hey been around each other? Did you let them be in the same room all day long from the start?

When I got Enzo (12 weeks at the time) introduced to Chloe who is 3, I did it gradually and it took just under a month for those two to get used to each other... a lot of hissing etc. I worried a lot that it would never change but it got better slowly but surely.

Now they get on great i.e. they sleep together, cuddle up and clean each other but they still have fights (same as AnnC, they play fight but somehow it feels like it's just play, although she hisses and cries) and Enzo does some biting - he looks like a vampire going at her neck and she doesnt seem to like it, but they get on with their business and don't seem to hold a grudge afterwards.

Aww, thank you. I introduced them but had to do it in little bursts as Izzy was getting upset and I didnt want to make things worse. They spend a bit more time together now.

Things have started to change with the two kitties now. Izzy is starting to allow herself to be bullied! I think she is happy for him to be here now but he just keeps going for her. I am thinking maybe this is just them working things out for themselves.

We have had a few promising moments though, like at the weekend, Charlie was having a little nap and Izzy jumped up on the bed and settled down (a little way away) on the bed too. They both had a nice little snooze. Bless
