Since you're in the US, I would assume it would be TICA that the kitten would've been registered through (CFA won't recognize the breed).

Hi There,

if your kitten is registered with TICA you could email them or phone and ask if your kitten has been registered. They'll ask you the kitten's name and date of birth. You'll also need to give them the kitten's mother's name. I had to do the same several years ago and TICA were very helpful.
