I ordered a Walking jacket Problem from www.hdw-inc.com a company which lots of members recommended.

I paid for the jacked and got an order confirmation through by email but have not received the product. I have sent the company 10 email but no reply and there is not a phone number on there website. I have paid a lot of money for this product and feel very upset as i now cant afford to buy one from another company.

Can anyone help with with his matter or have any contact details for the company.

Thank you

Rachel

Rachel - are you based in the US - if not maybe that's why it's taking so long to arrive? When I went on the site, I noticed this telephone number on the home page; 001 916 9738611 - hope you get through!

Sarah

I bought a jacket from them a couple of months ago, and had the same problem with waiting for delivery. I eventually got a reply, saying that they were moving home and hoped to get on top of everything.
I just used the email attached to the website.

Not much help to you, but there is now a uk company selling these jackets http://www.ultimateanimals.co.uk. if anyone is interested.

After more searching i have found a different phone number for them 001 530 672 2289 so i have left another message. I don't think they should be taking orders if they aren't in a position to deliver the product.

Please be warned if anyone else is thinking of ordering from them.

Rachel

oh my lord!

no offence if you were serious Lance but i think that is probably the second most horrific thing i have ever seen!!!

as for the first most horrific thing.......

when waiting in the vets on friday i saw a woman bringing in this HUGE black staffie, built like a TANK wearing a thick black collar. however, they had riveted to the collar a thick heavy gold chain and mahoosive gold medallion.

the dogs name is apparently Mr T.
