A vocal Bangal will always be a vocal Bengal, getting another is not a fix, and you may end up with two vocal Bengals. A second Bengal, or other breed of cat for that matter, may aid with play and tiring each other out, so "more" time is spent otherwise occupied or sleeping, which may appear to cure the issue, but in my opinion it would be more of a placebo and not really solve anything at all.
There are lots of things to consider when taking on the breed, but you absolutely do have to keep them amused one way or another. Some things have already been mentioned, but it may be worth considering:
Harness training leading to forest/park walks Secure garden, or area within garden Alternate toys, avoid laser pen types as they frustrate cats because they don't give the "catch" in the "hunt catch kill" sequence. Invest in a cheap bookcase you can butcher to make a climbing frame. (cut holes in shelves, or cut them shorter)
Good luck
