I currently have 1 Bengal gal Belle (I adopted her from a family that didn't understand the breed and was completely overwhelmed by her) and I am wanting to adopt 2 more. My Bengal now is current on all vaccines and is fixed. I was on petfinder.com and saw two Bengal boys that are needing a home (currently being fostered) Would it be a good idea to adopt? I am in love with the breed and my girl is very spoiled. I am sure my husband wouldn't not be to happy adding two more cats but I cant get my mind off of these 2 boys. what would I need to add these 2boys?
I use Arm and Hammer clump and seal litter and I feed Belle Blue Buffalo dry food and she gets wet food as a treat.

You would need a really good understanding of how to introduce adult cats to one another and a **** load of patience and understanding. It's not going to be easy.

Brian and Fenstar are correct! Introducing new kitties to the household rarely goes well initially! The new kitties need to have a safe room to acclimate to their new environment and to isolate them in the event they have anything contagious. The introduction process takes weeks -- and many owners are not prepared to spend that time. They put the cats in the same room and there's hissing, possible aggressive fighting. Cats are territorial. Your gal has had the run of the house so far and new smells are not wanted! And for the new kitties, they are stressed out having to get used to a new home, new smells, new humans, new kitty. That can result in behavioral issues, too.

Yes, you must get your husband's permission to get these cats. Your little girl may not be able to give you the okay, but she will definitely let you know how she feels once they arrive. Some people think that three cats are no more trouble than one. Well, they don't have bengals. Think of three zooming munchkins running around chasing each other and knocking things over. Multiple litter boxes (4 total), at least three cat trees or sets of climbing shelves. Triple the vet bills and food. It's not just wanting three cats to love on -- there is so much more that comes with them.

Once you take these kitties into your home, that's it! They are yours and whatever issues and problems arise with them are your problems. And if your little girl decides she does not like these other two kitties, there isn't much you can do about it. Nobody likes to rehome a kitty.

That being said -- proper introduction, safe room, scent swapping for at least a week, finally feeding them all in the same general area, engaging the three in play at the same time, separating them when aggression shows its ugly face, starting all over again -- and letting the cats go at their own pace -- which may take months! If you can handle all of that (believe me, there are a ton of posts on here dealing with introducing new bengals to an existing bengal), then by all means adopt these kitties. We have many happy endings to stories like yours -- but owners were tearing their hair out in the beginning! We're here for support and to answer any questions you have. Good luck!

Ask if you can foster the kitties to see if they all get along before you commit to a full adoption. Most good rescue organizations ask you to return an adopted cat if you ever need to re home the cat.

For some people, fostering is great. For me, I could not part with the kitty cat! But, at least it's a good trial period to see if things can work out.

"Fostering to adopt" is a good idea, just keep in mind that it could take a month or two for the 3 "kids" to settle in.

Definitely more litter boxes, you want 1 per cat then one extra so that would be 4 total, and more cat trees/shelves. Vertical space with more than 1 way to get up/down so no one gets "trapped" is really important for multiple cat homes.
