Hello!
Yuki is 5 months old, she is on really good holistic wet food with no additives or by-products that is basically fit for human consumption. She was on a raw diet with the breeder but I haven't worked up the nerve to try that at home yet.

She gets a little dry kibble at noon and wet food twice a day mornin and night . I am feeding her 2 cans of wet and 1/2 cup dry but she wolfs it down like she hasn't eaten in days.

How do I know she is getting enough / not too much?

Your kitty should eat at least 6 times a day! Infant children have to eat every four hours -- it's the same with any baby. Don't worry about overfeeding your kitty! Yuki is growing. As long as she is keeping the food down, give her what she asks for. She has a small tummy that can't hold very much at the moment ... so it probably empties rather quickly. Do note that the chart Brian posted is for adult cats and not kittens.
