I have two 1 month old bengal kittens... They only drink milk so their poop is really liquid. Should I give them a little bit of fish? They don't have a mother so I have to take care of them.

Do you feed them cat replacement milk like KMR or Cimicat? Normal cat milk from grocery stores is not the same thing. Goats milk can work as well.

Maybe get in touch with a local rescue centre or breeder for advice on hand rearing kittens. They can deteriorate too quickly at this age and have runny poo will dehydrate them quickly.

For sure this is something that needs to be addressed as quickly as possible. 1 month old kittens should still be with their mom and nursing up till around (minimum) 8 - 10 weeks. The diarrhea is almost certainly from the milk if your using cows milk, as most cats are lactose intolerant. Not to mention that cats/kittens don't really get the proper nutrition from cows milk and thus why it's imperative you switch to proper milk as the kittens could be literally starving to death.

As others have mentioned, you should check with local rescues for advice or check with pet stores as they would carry the proper kind of milk needed.

May I ask the reason behind the kitties not being with their mom? And how long have you had them?

On another post they say that they were found in a bag in the dustbin....

If you are UK based I know loads of breeders that will help.. I would myself if I am in the area.... I have kitten milk left over from my litters.

I must be going blind cause I missed that post and was staring right at it lol.

Anyway... the sooner the better this gets taken care of. What an awesome person you are to take these little creatures in and care for them. I would call the vet right away and explain about the diarrhea. Kittens can still have issues with replacement milk and also there is no telling if they might have parasites/worms... or did the vet run any kind of tests?
