Saw it advertised the other day... was wondering if anyone has one. I thinkit looks like FUN for the kitties! If you have one, how much do they really love it?

Well they DO love them, I think a little too much! We bought one similar to that at our local pet store. Of course it was an "off" brand so it might not have been made as well, but BB and Jasper had it ripped apart in less than 30 minutes! I turned it off and placed it on the counter(haha I know stupid me) but I didn't think they would bother it being it was off! Well BB knocked it off and pulled it down the stairs into her lair when I got down there to take it away she had one end between both of her paws and was pulling it apart with her teeth and then spitting the pieces everywhere! It was a mess but they enjoyed it while it lasted! Maybe it would last longer if I would have put it away like I usually do!

I bought one similar to this and my kitty did exactly what a cat is supposed to do -- chase it around the outside as the arm rotates around. Then he decided he'd pounce on the arm and stop it. Several times, the arm came off and had to be reattached. Then he lost interest in it. So I took the plastic mat off it and he tore the arm off constantly. He would rather I put a wand under a blanket and entertain him in the exact same manner than having this toy where he can play with it and occupy himself for at least a few minutes. The commercials show the cats going absolutely crazy for them. Just make sure you can get replacement arms for it. Mine came with a little stick arm and a feather and I see people on Amazon are asking if replacement parts are available for it. We've had ours for a couple of months and have yet to change the batteries.

The one I got had two arms one with a mouse and one with a feather type thing. I used the feather first because my two got nuts over anything with a feather! This is what BB was pulling on! She ripped it out and I am assuming from her pulling she messed up the peice that locks the attachments into it! So yeah if you get BOGO free in would do it!!! I think it's a great toy if it would just last longer! But my two like to drag things around! Maybe it's meant for the lazy house cat that occasionally plays not bengals that try to tear their toys apart and display the ripped up bits throughout the house

I have a Cats Meow and my two love it. Monty hasn't ripped out the arm yet, but he has chewed it up quite a bit. The yellow part is a bit 'cheaper' looking than the commercial, but whatever, like Monty knows the difference! Monty has pounced and turned it off too, but it makes me exercise since I have to get off the couch to start it again. so win-win! LOL I was worried about the battery life since most toys suck batteries dry quickly but this one has lasted quite a long time. The BOGO deal is great, really makes it reasonably priced.I accidentally bought two BOGO's so I have 4!!! Gave one to my brother for his moggie, one to my mother (AKA the kittensitter when i'm out of town) and keeping the other as back up. Since it does have a solid plastic base it can get a little loud since he knocks it around, so I just make sure it's on a rug or carpet so the tenants who live below me don't start to hate me, or Monty! LOL All that said, it's a pretty fun product!
