Thanks for your nice complements. I am not quite sure the exact mix he is. I can definitely find out from the breeder when I pick them up Friday and get back to you. I am personally looking super forward to seeing how he develops. I picked him since he had more of the long slender face that seemed a more wild look to me.

For him I have decided to name him M'aiq pronounced (Mai eek). I am also getting a girl Bengal the one I havent named yet, that is really silver. I am not sure I have an exact picture of her, but I will look and post.

Also believe me, once I have them, I will be taking a ton of pictures to share. :)

Congratulations on your upcoming arrivals. They are beautiful kitties. You are really trying to do your homework on your kitties' needs. They will want to climb, so a cat tree is going to be necessary. I also recommend Amarkat trees. Molly and Friends is an awesome company with top-knotch trees, but they are expensive. Hopefully, your two little ones will keep themselves amused by playing and chasing each other. I don't know if their energy levels ever drop. My Bengal is six years old and still plays like a kitten.

Don't expect to get much accomplished when you are home. They will demand your attention. You're going to be a busy kitty owner.

Just to add....

Regarding neutering. As you are having a boy and a girl you may want to look into neutering ASAP. Boys can mature as early as 4 months and can still be fertile up to 6 weeks after. Girls can come into heat as early as 4 months as well so there is a chance that they will mate. I would talk to your vet about having them neutered sooner rather than later. Is it possible for the breeder to get them neutered prior to them leaving??

I really cant wait to check out the videos. Its going to be my first priority when I get home tonight. I got about 4 hours to go. I'm glad that everyone likes the look of them. It was such a task to pick them out of the others. What did you think of the design on the Girl Bengal I'm getting? I wanted to get some contrast between them. In the future, and I don't know how soon, I do want to get one of the Charcoal Bengals that the breeder has. Though, at that point I think three will be all I will get. (At least for now) ;P

I hope with all this help I will be ready for them. My brain hurts due to the wealth of knowledge I have picked up in just the last few days. I find myself talking about Bengals more and more and some friends just look at me funny. I think I will start the training maybe a week after they have acclimated to their new home. What do you think? I have made it clear with all my roommates that I don't want them disturbing them for a while until I feel or know that they are ready to meet new people. As well the rest of the house.

I wish I had a cat tree ready for them. Just again its all about the affordability. I just don't have the funds for it yet. I have been strongly debating, building some shelves in varous spots of my house for them to climb on. I have a 13-16 Ft vaulted ceiling and some high areas where there are places they can stand. So maybe providing a nice interesting way for them to make it up there. :)

My breeder did mention that she would recommend that I do get them neutered sooner rather than later as she did have a few kittens go into heat as early as 4 months. When I pick them up, I will make sure to go over everything with her. She has a vet that she goes to that really understands Bengals which she takes hers to. She has given me his information and on top of that, the first visit is apparently free. :D

I bet I won't have time to do much. Though, I really look forward to that. These Bengals are going to get as much attention from me that they can handle. Especially since I do work long days. Benefit of that though, is that I have 3 days guaranteed off that I can spend at home with them.

I know someone must be super excited about tommorow... hope you get your sleep tonight cause it might be your last chance to sleep soundly for quite some time =)

I watched those videos last night and found them to be quite awesome. She listens very well and I like the idea that you don't even have to use vocal commands anymore. How long did it take for her to get to the point she is at now?

I would be tempted to call the girl Argenta, which is a play on the Latin for silver.... and I think it goes quite well with M'aiq!

I definitely like that name. Since I pick them up tomorrow I have to decide soon. I appreciate the recommendation. Surprisingly, the name really does stick decently with me. I won't fully decide yet, but very high posibility. :D
