I'm probably gonna sound rather silly asking this, but I keep trying to upload pictures and also change my avatar to a different picture and it keeps saying the size is too big, anyone know how to make them smaller? Or to just upload pictures in general!

If you use Imageshack, when you upload there are option for sizing the pictures - Use for Forums / Boards for general postings, and select Avatar for Avatar. Then simply click on the 'i' icon by the piccy, and paste the string into the text body or onto your signature / avatar option on the UCP.
