Kittens play a bit rough sometimes, all part of growing up.

When my cats were small I used long sleeved leather welding gloves.
They associate the gloves with playing and not your hands.

After a year they usually grow out of it.

I agree with many posters in this thread, de-clawing is barbaric and a totally unnecessary method of feline correction.

None of our cats in Barrackpore are treated in this way. It's simply not cricket! So good news that you have changed your mind.
