Hello Everyone,
Instead of lurking around I thought I'd do the right thing and let you know I'm here. (or rather have been here for a week!)
I realised not long ago that it's not cats I dislike but litter boxes! What a relief!!! My husband was so pleased (he's had cats all of his life). Of course, when we decided to adopt a pair (no less than a pair) we assumed it would be from a shelter. Give a derserving and long suffering moggie a new start.
Somehow, I stumbled upon Bengals. We're (I'm!!) obsessed. How could you possibly have another cat?? We're already planning the ultimate kitteh gym
I'll let my husband worry about that while I read every website and book I can get my hands/mouse on!
I believe I've found every breeder site in the UK and I've ordered Jean Mill's book and Dan Rice's book from Amazon already.
The most important thing I've learned (from here as well), is to do your research and accept no substitutes for a responsibly, properly bred cat.
I don't have any burning questions to ask at the moment, but I may chime in in other threads. I hope that's OK.
Thanks for reading. Cheers,
Carmen
