All of our cats love TV most of them will sit and watch meerkat manor until the adverts come one then go and have something to eat and they seem to know when its going to start again, But as for golf we only have one fan Bubbles she will sit there with me for hours watch golf as you can see from the photo the closer the better!!!

Great picture, Oska has started to cling to things like that, mostly to look out of doors, not seen him watch telly yet.

Is this a Bengal thing? I have had cats all my life, none of them seemed to even know the TV was there, however my Bengal kitten loves it. He seems especially drawn to animal programs, trys to play with TV cats and watches vets programmes as if they were the latest episode of ER

Of my three, 1 bengal, 2 moggies, only one of the moggies watches tv. She especially likes the kitty DVDs I got for her. If the tv is turned off, she will stand on her hind legs with her front paws on the screen, look over her shoulder at me and meow like she is saying "turn it on, please" (she is a very gentle, polite kitty). :) My bengal and the other moggie are totally disinterested in tv.
