Well I've made the decision to get a new bengal girl :) She will be brown spotted on the active register. Ironically, from the same mum as Tiger Lily. Her name will be 'Perdita Rose'. Coming home in a few weeks so hope to post a picture. My other bengal, Branwen needs a companion I feel. She has not been as happy since we lost Lily. So this kitten will not replace Lily, but hopefully will give her someone to play with and get up to mischief with  if they get on that is.

Hi Julie

Congratulations re the new family member :D

Don't worry about them getting on...Branwen is still young and since she's used to having a playmate I'm sure she'll love the company again!

Look forward to seeing some pics. Are you going to show your new girl?

Heidi

Hello Heidi,
I'm hoping to show Perdita, or 'Perdy' as she'll get called at home. I'm just waiting to see how she fits in at home. Perhaps the Coontica show near Blackpool? Are you going to that one? If I take Perdy, she'll be in dusky pink curtains with sequins  Branwen is going to be mated soon with a stunning snow boy :) so expect august to be a bit unpredictable.

Hope Tally is okay as its her turn this month isn't it. :)

Hi Julie

What a sweet name....I might just pinch that one for my collection!

We should be at Blackpool with "Nordiquestar Mr Brightside" going for his quad grand champion status....All the girls will be busy with babies and Uproar still has no fur on his neck from when he had his bloods taken at the vets......I wish they'd taken them from somewhere else but as soon as the vet saw him he insisted he was sedated.....he does look a bit menacing but he's a little sweetheart really!

Anyways just thought I'd say that I'm happy that you decided to carry on.....I won't harp on about it because I know your still feeling sad after your loss, but you made the right choice in my opinion especially with you getting a half sister aswell.

Lukey

p.s Tally is doing fine.....shes getting a bit unsettled now so its nearly time, maybe sometime tomorrow (or is that today  )

good mouve !!!!!!! And congrats !!! :D

I did this for Bali my STB bengal female.

She needed company...as I work part time , I could not be there to play with her thoses hours. She had gained some wieght.......2 pounds overwieght

I gave Bali a play friend......a cute littel F2 male. ( Inka from the Taro line ) )
With all the action she is having.....she lost the 2 pounds.and is full of energy.....

Well,
My new brown spotted breeding queen came home just over a week ago. I was going to call her Perdy, but I felt 'Rosie sounded better.
She is beautiful, but rather 'vocal' and makes a strange noise like a birds cry when I call her or speak to her, or if food arrives of course :)

She looks eerily like my beloved Lily in the face, as the mother was the same, but the personality is different. My adult bengal seems to have really taken to her and is acting like a stepmum :? grooming her, sleeping nearby, checking on her too.

Oh, and thinking of half sisters, Lukey and Heidi , my Rosie is a half sister to Tally  Khan is her daddy too at Bramblewood. I havent taken her picture yet as been really ill with bronchitis  the good side though is that I've been able to stay at home and help her settle.

I'm so pleased I had her, as I must admit I was a little unsure after Lily's accident. But she is surprising me :? quite undemanding since I've been sick. Wish Branwen could do the litter duty and food for me though
