One fast cat wheel

Has anyone here seen the one fast cat exercise wheel in person? I'm wondering how sturdy and functional it is.

I have one on order. They were to have started shipping before now, however, they discovered one of the molds was made wrong. The inventor sent out pictures showing the problem. It was supposed to be straight, but it came angled. Said the wheel could still be put together but it was very difficult, so they were going to check every box (there are over 1,600 of them) and make sure all the pieces were correct but they were going to rerun that mold. That will delay shipping until the end of this month. I was part of their Kickstarter campaign. They are now taking orders on their website. I'm anxious to get it and see how Raiden likes it and will definitely post a review. The price is right ... I won't know about the quality until I actually have one.

I have one on order as well. I can't wait until it arrives. I waited too long to order and missed the $220.00 price and ordered at $250., still a good deal.

Thanks for the tip, I just ordered one. $250 including shipping is not bad. The Kickstarter one was $199 but shipping is generally extra. My cats better use it, lol!

$250 sounds pretty decent but I think I will wait for someone to actually use one before I order it.

I like the look of the one fast cat wheel, but I made enquiries and it needs to be protected from uv light, so probably unsuitable for their outdoor enclosure. Now considering a Macclaw wheel, but the price is pretty steep so need to save hard!

I can't wait to hear about some people here using them. I'm pretty sure we'll order one, I just don't know where we're going to put it yet lol.

I really hope my cats use this thing when it finally arrives! since the weather is cooling off, I am going to put it out on my patio. They love to go out there and get very frisky in the fresh air.

These delays are because the product is being made in China and not the good old USA. It takes weeks for the container to cross the Pacific Ocean. I am hopeful to have mine by the end of December. I'll have to see how Raiden likes it. For the time being, it will go in the living room. If he decides to start using it at 2 a.m., it will move out to his enclosure on the deck. LOL

We ordered one from the Kickstarter when they were $199. We were disappointed to hear about the issue with the moulding holding up delivery but really appreciate the quality control.

We live in Perth, Australia & due to the Kickstarter shipping restrictions (only within USA) we have a lovely friend in Florida who is going to forward it to us. Even with shipping costs, it's still far less expensive than any other decently constructed wheel we've considered.

Happy to share some feedback once we receive it & B'alam has reviewed it thoroughly :) Can't wait!!!

The latest update is that the modified parts are ready to ship out from China. They expect to get them in about 3 weeks. Looks like most of us will not get the wheel until after the first of the year. I know those of us who ordered the wheel are anxious to get it. I'm really hoping Raiden will use it without much trouble.

Any updates from the company on when the wheels are going out? I'm anxious to see how everyone likes them and how the cats take to using them.

I sent them an email two days ago and have not heard back yet. I thought they were shipping in December.
