Post subject: Boys and spraying etc

Seeing the post about Ludwig and the reason for him being re-homed I thought I'd ask advice about boys and the likelihood of them spraying or marking territory as we're planning on having two boys! Is it a likely problem or quite unusual for boys to behave like this? We would neuter at 6 months in any case, but I am a bit worried about it being a problem that's difficult to solve!

Went to see some fabulous kittens from two litters born within days of each other the other weekend - sadly there wasn't a brown boy (but 4 silver boys to choose from!!) but another litter is due next week so we may be lucky and if we can't get litter mates then at least they'll be close in age.

Any thoughts gratefully received (also any hints on remaining patient whilst waiting for kittens?!)

There are a few breeders who have web cams on their Bengal sites. Maybe seeing some cats & kittens in action will help

We have one on ours but it won't actually be focusing on our kittens for another couple of weeks yet. ATM we have one focusing on the outdoor play area at the back of the house and one on the cat scratch post but is not often that you actually get to see a cat these days!

Nordiquestar CAM 1

Nordiquestar CAM 2

Eriador also have one...they too focus it on their kittens when they have any.

Eriador CAM (Click on the Kitten Cam Link)

And Purebliss have a camera that updates every 15 seconds. This IS currently focusing on a litter of leopards!

PureBliss Bengals (Enter the site by clicking on the cat flap then select the Kitten Cam link on the left hand side

Hope that helps
