First of all, please calm down. 99% of the members here are not medically trained vet techs, so we can't offer up any medical advice (that's why you have a vet). We can only tell you about our personal experiences with a particular issue.
My bengal has a heart murmur. Has had it from birth! Some murmurs in kittens go away. Others do not. Heart murmurs are graded! A grade 1 is not very serious. A grade 5 or 6 is! So what did the vet tell you about the grade of the murmur?
Know that most breeders test for HCM annually. HCM is the thickening of the heart muscle. Having no vet medical training, I honestly don't know if this can appear later in a cat's life or not. If they don't have it at birth, will they NEVER get it? Since some breeders test annually, it appears this can be a condition that can show up at any time.
A heart murmur does not mean your kitten has HCM. Nor does it mean you cat will ever have HCM. The best thing is to have a echocardiogram done (not cheap) so they can see the heart and how the organ is functioning. This would give you peace of mind or give you something to really worry about.
I hope, too, your breeder was able to show you the test results and didn't just say the parents tested normal.
Your vet will monitor your cat's heart condition at wellness visits. And you can delve deep into testing as much as you and your finances will allow.
