Hi -- I just peeked in... having a busy year, so far.
One reason I "peeked in" TODAY (well, yesterday, now) was my F1 Boy, Mr. Zenith's FIRST BIRTHDAY !!!
We had a "pool party" in my tub, and he got lots of new toys.

Regarding the differences in Early Generation Bengals and the SBT generations... they are MUCH MORE INTENSE in their PLAY, in their EATING, and in their LOVING with the person whom they bond with, most strongly.
My boy, is FEARLESS... whenever anyone "new" is visiting... he is very much IN THEIR FACE and a real "show off" with his playfulness and curiosity about ANYTHING different.

DO BE prepared to put child-proof locks on any cabinets you keep cleaning supplies in. DO NOT feed them from plastic food or water bowls... for some reason this increases the liklihood they will pee in the water. LOL

Put away any string, tape, rubber bands, or other small items they might be able to swallow. They are even MORE like a toddler, having to lick or taste EVERYTHING. (I even have to be SUPER careful with BLEACH... if I clean surfaces with it, to disinfect -- I have to rinse it VERY thoroughly, or he will lick it. YUK !

Get ready for a WILD and WONDERFUL change in lifestyle. I thought my other 4 Bengals were active, and demanding, UNTIL Mr. Zenith arrived.

If your EG Bengal truly bonds with you, it will be a stronger bond than you've EVER had with an animal.

Good Luck ! I hope you enjoy YOUR EG Bengal HALF as much as I enjoy mine !!!

OH... by the way -- I've put a LOT of photos of my whole furry family in my blogspot, if you'd like to see photos of Mr. Zenith and his other feline family members growing up.

Happy Birthday Mr Zenith 8)

No wonder you don't have much time anymore, he sounds INTENSE! I thought 2 SBT Bengals were demanding, but he sounds like a whole new league!

Oh my goodness -- He looks to be quite the little Thief of Hearts --
He has wonderful color, markings and a face to DIE for!!!

You ARE in for quite a wild ride!

He is SO handsome! and still such a BABY --

My Mr. Zenith has become such a little MAN... and YES GAVIN -- he and my other 4 Bengals (along with my 4 DSH rescues) do take up a LOT of my time - but worth every moment of work and effort -- when they look lovingly into my face - or do something so adorable and funny they make me laugh aloud. CHEEKY is a good word for it -- I need to remember that one!

Especially when I'm trying to type on the computer, or read, or sew, and he chooses to come sit on my chest, with his thick tail RIGHT in my face!
