Grab a chamoise leather, damp it, and rub both boys over with it. They will smell the same of lovely leather, and it should help the reintroduction.
So glad he's back safely xx

Absolutely Fantastic news! It has made my day, and it's only just gone 7:45.

I shall raise a glass to Hendrix this evening and toast his home coming.

Has he told you all about the adventures he's had yet ?

Well we've got our work cut out that's for sure. Jagger freaked out from Hendrix's incessant noise last night, and literally dismantled the cat flap and ran off. He's home now and they are separated so now we need to reintroduce them. Hendrix is finally quiet as he's on my lap but if you go out of his sight, he understandably starts crying again.

We will get there but it's going to be hard work xx

There'll be work to be done in reassuring each of them in their own way. It might be worth running a feliway dispenser or two for a little while for a little bit of chemical assistance.

I still have a feliway diffuser going from when they were having their 'issues' and to help jagger when Hendrix first went missing. Will definitely keep that going and I have another in reserve as no doubt this will take a while.

I think part of the problem is that Hendrix quite frankly STINKS! And is making no effort to clean himself up, so Jon has popped out to get some grooming wipes and we will use on both of them. If the stench offends our noses it must be horrific to jagger.

He's quieter now and jagger is in one of his favourite places on top of the wardrobe. Hendrix will cry immediately he doesn't know where you are though and even in his sleep.

We will get there. I'm on holiday most of next week and Jon has another couple of weeks too so hopefully by then we will be in a better position and Hendrix won't be a bag of bones, poor little soul.

Keep staring at him in disbelief that he is really and truly back with us

Clare, this is the BEST news! Where on earth was he? This saga has a happy ending, although I know it wore on you and Jon, especially YOU! But now that Hendrix is home, you can rest, relax a little, and try to get back your health! Happy to hear that you will have some time off work to recover! What an ordeal you've been through -- but so happy Hendrix is home. Jagger will just have to deal with it! LOL You take care of yourself. Hendrix and Jagger will sort things out. It's odd to think that Hendrix stinks! I guess being homeless did that to him. He probably didn't eat much, was stressed out the entire time at being in strange surroundings. Hopefully, you can give us the entire backstory once you've rested up!

Hopefully, you four are snuggling together today, even though it's nearing 4:45 p.m. where you're at!
