My two lovely 12 week old brothers Jasper and Oscar.

Jasper is the larger of the two at the back and Oscar is the smaller one with a nibbled ear.

Just little black moggies but they are so beautiful. Jasper is the trouble maker and Oscar is such a baby and will cry to be picked up and cuddled. They are both incredibly affectionate.

We are so lucky!

Such sweet little faces! I'm so glad you have got fur babies to love again. I bet your son is smitten with them x

Aww, Debbie, they are super cute! They are so happy with you and your family! I'm sure your son is over the moon playing with them. Congratulations!!! You did the right thing -- and know that Muskey is watching down over you as well.

Sounds like they are settling in well! I've been told black cats end up in rescues due to not taking good selfies....! Unbelievable really that people would rehome their cat for such a ridiculous reason.

Awww, They are gorgeous! I hope they will help heal all your hearts, and bring loads of cat joy back to the house xx

I adore black cats - My baby Cleopatra was a 'Ghost Tabby' who looked black until you brushed her coat the other way, and she was silver underneath. If you looked hard, you could see the tabby markings across her face in some lights. Her sister, Cassandra, was slightly more contrasted, and you could see the striped face much clearer.

Thanks everyone they are super cute and my son adores them.

I know that black and black and white cats take much longer to rehome.

That's why we were very happy they were black kittens. They were the last in their litter to be adopted (lucky for us) as most people don't want (as they see it) the boring black cats.

I love black and black and white cats.

It's the personality that counts to me not the colour anyway.

Aww lovely photo! I'll have to have a look at Jasper and Oscar's coat if I can keep them still long enough!

I used to feed an all black feral. I love cats regardless but I don't get the stigma with black cats. Do people really think they are bad luck? A cat is a cat to me and I just love them all.
