That lighted ball looks interesting. I have one that doesn't move by itself and Raiden is not interested! So a sippee cup for wine -- LOL. I have a couple of cat games on the iPad for Raiden but he's not interested! May I trade him in for another bengal?

We are going to check out the lighted ball also!

Here's a video I took quickly tonight of Orion playing the pillow Whack-A-Mole game before bed. He caught onto this game pretty much immediately, they're so dang smart. :)

I have one of those pop-up mesh baskets that I keep my laundry in until wash day. The cats love to play in it when it's empty. One goes inside and the other is outside and the fun begins. They entertain one another for hours with it.

Same here ! i bought them separate baskets now.
I also wanted to warn though
One day Indiya was having so much fun with it that she ripped a hole in it , then put her head through it and got stuck and tangled in it unable to get out.
Thankfully i was nearby and saw it .
Everyone Please be careful with these sort of baskets.

Mine two absoletely love these balls
http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/cats/cat_ ... Gwod1HwKZw

again, please supervise only - Clive is trying to chew on it and it is very hard , i am worried he would break his teeth or else.

I started to wrap his ball in a sock now for him .

Indiya is fine chasing it and throwing it in the air.

We also love these toys as attachment and on its own too

Love the picture of the cat tree, made me chuckle and think of my two girls sunbathing on the stone patio on towels whilst Oscar sunbathed next to them spread across their two sun beds! Hilarious what we do for our kitties!

The cat tree cartoon was posted on Facebook yesterday -- and it's the truth for some people! Ha ha ha! Raiden was in a real playing mood yesterday, so had to spend quite a bit of time with him. Usually one solid play session is enough, but last night, there were three or four! I was pooped -- and he finally laid down and went to sleep about dark. He enjoyed the lighted ball for a while, which is really unusual. And we did the usual chase the end of the wand thing. My husband seems to have better luck with getting him to jump up for wand toys. I must be doing something wrong -- or I'm lazy! LOL

I have tried clicker training but it is difficult with two cats. The other day I dropped a coin accidentally and they both started playing with it. About 20min of fun pushing the coin around everywhere until they pushed it under the couch. Funny how they can play with a coin for so long! My two are constantly playing when they aren't taking a nap...or trying to rip the newspaper I am reading! I can't leave paper lying around because they chew on it. Had to learn that the other day when I left the bills to pay on the table.
I told my husband that when our son goes to school he could tell the teacher the cats ate his homework..and it would even be true

I'm building up an Ikea wardrobe - forget all the cat toys in the house ( and there are plenty ), screws, cardboard and anything they can get their cheeky little paws on are all The Best Toys Ever at the moment.

Socialprincess, I play the same game on the bed with Raiden. I use a wand from a toy where the toy fell off! He loves it. I'll also do the same on the floor with the wand under a small blanket. He'll only go after it a few times and then he just sits and watches it.

This morning, Raiden was on the kitchen counter and found a tie for a bread bag. He pawed it until it fell on the floor and then he lost interest! His attention span is about 5 seconds.

I was lying on the chesterfield yesterday. Quasar came and lay down alongside my legs. I was flexing my anterior tibialis muscles (shin) and noticed him watching my leg intently. I think he must have thought there was something crawling around under my skin because, next thing I knew, he was taking a chomp on my leg. It wasn't enough to break the skin but it was certainly enough to send him flying into the middle of the living room when I flung him off my leg. I hope this is not his new "toy".

My legs look awful!!! No body told me NOT to let the cats play so wild..even now they will occasionally trap my leg with the claws and have to get them off of me. Silly me,don't know what I was thinking to let them do it in the beginning. I have a box full of alcohol pads from the doctor in the kitchen and some creme to try get rid of the scars. My skin takes forever to heal. And I know its my fault! Because they wouldn't dare doing it to my husband or son!

Yes, a playful 2 or 3 lb kitten playing like a wildcat is pretty cute. It's not nearly so cute when they are 12-16 lbs. Scratches and bites get infected easily. It's time to stop the madness!
