My male bengal, Lennon, loves spicey food, chilli, curry sauce and anything hot and spicey - he goes mad for it. So we call him "the spice cat".

However, my female bengal, Tabitha, doesn't like spice at all.

They also both love to floss their teeth with mint flavoured oral-b dental floss.

Do your bengals have any strange habits?

That's just strange -- a cat who love spicy food! Raiden won't even smell the stuff! I personally LOVE spicy food. And I can't even imagine flossing Raiden's teeth! He just got them cleaned and I've been thinking about trying to "brush" them a bit, but I don't think he'd open his mouth for that either. I'd have to catch him in the middle of a huge "MEOW." LOL.

From the sound of your post, your kitties floss their own teeth! I'd love to train Raiden to floss his and mine! That's one chore I don't even enjoy. Ha ha!

Lennon is a cutie pie!

We had a cat - Jasmine - who loved spicey food. She was a silver tabby rather than a bengal.

One night I was sat eating Bombay Mix - a snack with a fair bit of chilli in it - she came over and licked the contents of the bowl and I though "that'll be a learning experience for you!" only to have her look at me to see if she had got away with it, then licking the bombay mix again.

I took the contents of the bowl to show the rest of the family and my brother reached out and took a handful before I could say anything. To my regret I did stop him before he ate it.
