I think it would be fine provided you get the kittens together from an early age, and I would recommend that the bengal not be an early generation. I'd also probably recommend both kittens being the same sex.
While some of the general statements about bengals that Sherry made above and the ones I will make below can be true, keep in mind that all cats are individuals. I have three bengals and all three have different personalities and preferences. They're all males and none of them are territorial at all. In fact, I don't think bengals are any more territorial than other cats. Two of them don't like to be held but love back scratches, and the other one I practically can't keep out of my lap. Both bengals and burmese are known for being some of the more "dog-like" cats and have been known to play fetch with toys and follow their humans around the house. Both breeds tend to be very playful and active through adulthood so the energy level differential between breeds in general shouldn't be an issue. I'd probably recommend two neutered males because in my experience female bengals and burmese can be a bit "bossy" and want to rule the house.
Overall, I think bengals and burmese would be fine together. Now, if you were talking a bengal and a persian or something similar you might have a problem.
