It is definitely difficult to capture the glitter in a picture, however, it appears your gorgeous kitty is a glitter baby. My Raiden has glitter. In the winter time, it disappears with the winter coat, but it has come back as he's been shedding and he is striking when the sun or light hits him. You can definitely tell the difference between a shiny coat and glitter. The glitter looks just like glitter. Very sparkly. Glitter was introduced to the bengal breed by Millwood Toby/Tory of Delhi and most bengals have him in their pedigree multiple times.

It sure looks like glitter to me.
Quasar has glitter but you can really only see it well in the sunshine. I can also see his glittery fur on the comforter on our bed when the sun shines on it.
For a long while he did not appear to shed but you can see the reflecting hollow shafts in places where he spends a lot of time.
