From these two pictures does it look like my cat is a Bengal? it acts different from my three other Bengals, it does not jump or meow O.o? I bought it like 2 weeks ago.

I can see several things that would lead me think he is a Bengal, but I'm no expert.

Ringed tail
Patterned legs - no white socks
Rosettes
Broad head
Rounded ears
Longer back legs - rear higher than shoulders

For example. Maybe he is still developing his personality? How old is he?

Definitely looks like a Bengal to me although you can't be certain it isn't a cross unless you have all the paperwork.

Looks Bengal to me. Not jumping could be a sign of Bengal Polyneuropathy, we went through that with Diesel around his 1st birthday.

Have you had the vet check him over since you got him? That's always a good idea just to make sure they're healthy.

Your kitty definitely looks like a bengal. Any time you get a new kitty, you should have it checked out by a vet -- even if it appears healthy. That way a medical file can get started and you have parameters to go by in the event something does happen. A cat that does not cry, especially a bengal, could be a sign that something is wrong. And all bengals love to jump and climb. I hope you take him/her to the vet to be checked out just to make sure there isn't something medically wrong.
