Came home on Friday to find a ginger cat on TOP of our cat run, with it and Zeus nose to nose through the wire  Suprisingly, there was no hissing or nastyness, though Zeus did have his tail "puffed" just in case  I'm sure it could have been a different story had there been no wire between them

I'm sure Zeus would of left the ginger-tom in tatters if he could have got to claws him!

We've got a little black one that comes and sits by our kitchen window.....In the past I've scared any un-welcomed vistors off, But this little guy is ok in my book. He belongs to one of the neighbours and he's got another little friend who sometimes tags along with him. (I'm presuming that they are litter-mates).

So he's a most welcome visitor now when he pops up.....He's still quite young and doesn't pose any threat to my girls yet, But I'm watching and waiting for those nads to be loped off and only then will I let them meet face to face.....or should that be whiskers to whiskers!

p.s Sorry for being a bit quite latley.....We've both been really busy at work and also tending to cats and many kittens!

As long as he doesn't bring any unwanting jumping pests or upset them I don't mind. Zeus didn't seem to mind at all, probably safe in the knowledge that he wouldn't have any trouble if the claws did come out

We've been watching the kittens too, they look like they're having a great time, amuses me when Mum goes looking for them or stops them getting into mischief

Yeah we worry about all the things the local cats may pass over, But you can't really avoid it.....The only solution is to protect against fleas, ticks, worms and the likes.

The kittens are really cruel to mum  .....They know exactly how to wind her up normally finding holes to bolt down where mum can't get to!

And if you think its mad at your place when the bengal grand prix starts.....Just imagine what happens here, They're always ready to attempt to break the sound barrier.....Even at 2am you can hear them thundering around downstairs.

They're proper little buggers.....and in true bengal nature they're into everything that they shouldn't be!

Hiding in the bunch we have a little heartbreaker too.....It's the boy, he's a real love-bug and he's got the one of the most beautiful faces I have ever seen (and I've seen lots of baba bengals).....He loves to sit on your lap and just watch the others and also he's just a pleasure to handle.....his temperment is perfect for showing so maybe we might show him once or twice before he goes to his new home.

Tally has also had her kittens.....They are all doing well at the moment, One little girl was having a bit of difficulties but she's been getting our special un-divided care and attention 24/7 for the last 6 days.....we're both are physically and mentally exhausted but bengals are our reason for being so failure is not an option.....we've not had more than 2 hours sleep in one go for nearly a week and if you ever want to lose some weight, Just start breeding.....I've shed a few pounds overnight  .....God bless coffee, stella artois, KMR, glucose solution and not forgeting the holy miracle cream itself "sudocrem".....without that little lot we'd be well and truely buggered!

Looking forward to seeing pics of the new litter when they're old enough

Yup.....Thats my little monkeyboy!

You've gotta meet him in person to fully understand his ways.....Photos just can't capture the feeling of true cattitude thats in the air when he's around especially when his partner in crime is along for the ride! (that would be "darkie" girl 2)

Heidi's got a sweet pic of them two trouble-makers together somewhere just after they comitted a random bengal crime....I'll get her to dig it out for you!

He's got something about constantly climbing legs and leaping onto unsuspecting victims backs and then he starts to chew on their hair in a very savage fashion.....But hey....What more do you expect of a young bengal boy!

We've only taken a few brief snaps of the new litter.....To be honest photos have been the last thing on our minds lately, and btw don't worry about the little girl.....shes in the safest of hands with us!

Thanks for your thoughts tho Gavin.....They won't go to waste I can assure you both of that.

"Random bengal crime"   I love it. There was a lot of that about here yesterday, Hestia was sick a few times on Friday and spent most of Saturday sleeping, but she was back with avengence yesterday and of course Zeus had to help too, they was going crazy

Leaping on legs and backs  That's gonna hurt when he's fully grown and pushing a stone in weight 8)

Here's my proof.....

Image

Just look at that "butter wouldn't melt in their mouths" expression on their faces.

Totally guilty of something.....No doubt about it!

Heres some of the torture that we put up with from this young boy!

First he claws his way painfully up your back....

Image

Then he lunges for the your head.....

Image

And the grand finale action shot.....His prize ravenously chewed and savagely clawed!

Image

Then normally the pain is too much for Heidi to take any longer so he gets dragged off kicking and mewing for some well deserved kisses and belly-rubs!

The last shot is priceless....It just lacks some flying saliva trailing through the air to highlight the aggression of the attack!

He's only playing tho.....there isn't a bad bone in the whole of his little leopard body....

Meemonkey - Those kittens are TOO adorable -- I'd never get ANYTHING done -- I would be playing with them and loving on them, ALL THE TIME !!!

I just LOVE his "attack" photos -- that LAST expression had me laughing out loud - altho I'm sure Heidi wasn't laughing quite so loudly :)
