If both parents have medium green eyes ( what kind of green color is medium - thats the question now ), can kitten have some other color of its eyes than green ?

I am wondering..if yes, how is that often happening... as I am about to buy this kitten and both parents have "medium" green eyes but I am "afraid" kitten's eyes won't be green as I look for that so bad. My previous bengal kitten, Desi, who I los two months ago :(, had really dark green eyes, it was beautiful and I am trying now to get as closer as his eyes.

Anyone have experience in this ( esp breeders ) what's your prediction kitten will have green eyes as grandma has yellow/amber eyes...

Very precious baby. Genetics can be hard to tell. I'd ask the breeder about previous litters and if she has pictures of the kittens after they've grown into adults.

My two are from the same litter and while Jarvis has hazel / green eyes, Pepper has amber colored eyes. I know that it's desirable to have certain features and pretty rosettes, but I was looking more for a companion and for personality. I'd guess that predicting what color the eyes will end up being is nearly impossible because their eye color changes and develops just like their coats do.

Who cares about eye color with markings like that? I'm only kidding, but my goodness that will be a stunning baby! Your kittens eyes will likely be green but there is still a chance for amber eyes ( why BTW are more ALC like). Your breeder should have a good idea of eye color in a few weeks, depending on how long he/she has been breeding. Often it's difficult to tell until the kitten is 10-12 weeks old and the kitten blue starts to slowly turn.

I agree that eye color shouldn't be the first concern. The temperament of the cat should be. Ironically, Raiden's eyes are yellow. His father's eyes were yellow. I don't know what his mother's eyes were. The pictures I have of her don't reflect this. I put yellow on Raiden's TICA papers and the paper came back with green, which is probably what the litter was registered as. If Raiden's eyes are green, they are a yellow green. You really aren't going to be able to tell until the kitten is older, but I think it's a real shame to just go on eye color. Your kitty looks gorgeous and so sweet. I do hope the kitties eyes turn a beautiful green for you.

How much I should be concern on kitten parents generation from ALC.

My Desi was 7th or 8th generation and I LOVED his personality and temper. Now, I am wondering how much less bengal can be bengal if it's far away from early generation !???! For this kitten parents, breeder doesn't know what's their generation from ALC. Any advice on this ?

As long as it is F4 and later or and SBT you should be good as long as your kitten is coming from good lines. There is really no way to determine behavior or personality based on the F# , my Jasper is a F10+ (I stopped tracking at F10) and BB is an F7. Based on that you would think BB would be more "bengal like" but she isn't. She is the most sweet natured and predictable cat I have ever been around. Jasper was my wild child. Don't get me wrong he is a sweet and loving boy but he likes to get into things. He played non stop and make the most unusual sounds. Out of the two of them he adheres more to the bengal personality traits than my girl.

I was just afraid of its far away from EG it would act as a any domestic cat.

That's what we are here for! I looked at the breeder and I have to say I am impressed! Not many( or nearly enough) scan all their cats for HCM and PK. Not to mention TF! Looks like you found yourself a good one, and a very nice kitten to boot.I would have no worries with it at all.
