This afternoon while I was putting on my jacket to get Raiden out for his walk, he hopped up on the wheel and went round and round. I was shocked! I messaged my husband and while I was doing that, Raiden hopped back on again. He's been on it a third time, however, by the time I can get the iPad video ready, he is off it. But, I think this is great after only a couple of days. He went crazy for the laser last evening, but today there wasn't anything there challenging him -- not even a treat.

I honestly will say I'm very pleased with the wheel. It looks great in the room and it's plenty big for Raiden to walk on it.

:celebrate:  That's awesome!!!! I have been stalking their FaceBook page and overall everyone seems to like it. There are a few people having some trouble with it, one guy said his cat won't go near it, but it seems like it's a hit.

Once they are up to date with their shipping I'm going to order one for our crew.

That's great news! I haven't actually heard of anyone getting a wheel and have their cat not use it, but that certainly is a risk.

My Serafina uses her wheel (a different brand) kind of like that. Hops on and off. Runs for a short time, then stops. Very impulsively, then the impulse ends. No more than 30sec or so at a time, but she does it very often when I'm hanging out in the livingroom where the wheel is.

The owner of this boy says he hopped right up and started using it as soon as it was done being assembled.

That's a GREAT video, Donna. Could be Raiden on that wheel. He got on it last night and my husband attempted to grab a video, but failed! Raiden was on it again this afternoon. I plan to do the laser thing tonight and get him to run a little longer on it.

I think this is what the Battlestar Galacticats have just gotten.
So far I hear they are outsmarting their parents and refusing to use it, but I can't wait for the day they decide it's awesome!

Raiden got in it for a split second today and I was able to capture him walking on it. He's crying because he thinks we are going for a walk. Unfortunately, it's 36 degrees out and raining at the moment!

Thanks, Donna! He hopped on it again this morning, but he's REALLY anxious for his walk. We had snow overnight and I can't wait to see how he reacts to walking in it. Maybe another video??? Doubt my husband will want to traipse outside to follow us around.

Look how cute he is! I love how he is talking while on the wheel.

I received an email last night that they are waiting for parts that are in Los Angeles, and they anticipate shipping my wheel in two weeks. Maybe it will be a valentine's present for my girls!

I am very interested in a OneFastCat wheel ( when they become available outside of the US ). What are they like in terms of making noise ?

I was surprised by the lack of real noise. I thought they would be extremely loud. They are not. The majority of the videos I've seen of the cats using the wheel, they aren't on it for very long -- 30 seconds tops. Then they hop off. Raiden still uses his at least once a day. I don't even notice the noise at all.

I will give kudos to Sean and One Fast Cat because they did get the Kickstarter backers their wheels as soon as the parts arrived. I know they were on two different ships. I hate they had these problems, but I am very satisfied with the cat wheel.

Thanks for the info.

The wheels are certainly far cheaper than other options available in Holland/the UK. I guess I will now have to wait a little while for OneFastCat wheels to become available outside of the US.

some of our bengals run really fast on it even pregnant and some just lightly jog but it is still exercise and they love it
We highly recommend it
