Well, with all that has happened in regards to getting a Bengal cat for me in the last few weeks, I adopted a Bengal cat from a breeder in a town next to ours. I couldn't live with knowing my DSH would be without a companion for a couple months.

My new kitten is 4 1/2 months old. The breeder named him Hunky because he is so big, but I am renaming him to Wedey (pronounced Wee Day).

He is being a bit skittish right now, which is expected. He just recently allowed me to pet him. I have been letting my DSH go into the room when his cage is closed, but she just hisses at him. He has hissed at her once. I am starting to give her a treat anytime she goes in to see him just so she will think pleasurable things when she gets to see him. I can't wait until they can be friends... hoping that will happen. Their personalities seem similar so I am thinking they will get along well.
