The last week or so has been very hot here in the UK, today it's only just after 9am and it's already 25 degrees C, will be over 30 by lunchtime I think.

It's certainly slowing down our Bengals, they are spending most of the day out in the cat run, then spring into life when it gets a bit cooler at night  They are also so hot that they don't sleep in their bed at night like they normally do, we find them stretched out on the carpet instead :D

Ours like to find a nice cool draught in this heat.....Tally sleeps at the top of the stairs at the moment where she can catch a nice breeze. Evvie on the other hand likes just to sprawl out under the ceiling fan in the bedroom (nice and close to her babies ;) )

I managed to get a few pics of Tally in her fav position.....A while back someone posted something about wierd sleeping postures so just have a look at my little freaky girl sleeping and tell me shes normal!

BTW Check out that 70's stylee carpet.....Every house needs some! :P

It's the only thing in the house that hasn't been changed since we bought it....I just can't bear to be without it...lol (Heidi tells me that it's days are well and truely numbered!

We call this "long cat weather" because when it's hot the cats lay on the wood or tiled floors (instead of the carpet) stretched out as long as they can make themselves  Then I turn on the central air and they go back to normal ;) :D
