Jasper is pretty snuggly. He always wants to be the center of attention when I'm on the computer or reading. He loves sitting in my lap, rubbing against my legs and sitting at the foot of my bed at night. Sometimes he even goes under the covers.

I'm wondering the definition of "cuddly." Raiden head butts me a lot. He sleeps at my feet at night. He loves to get belly rubs and I give him lots of kitty hugs and kisses, but I get very little in return from him. I can't pick him up for long and he won't lay on my lap. He's not cuddly in my opinon.

Raiden sounds a little like Grace. Very sweet but not cuddly. If I do pick her up she makes a whine sound like a siren. So I put her right dawn after I plant a big kiss on her head. Occasionally she will wake me up for belly rubs, and she loves to be brushed during the day. Other than that she just wants to hang out and watch me.

Blondie on the other hand has been sleeping right next to me so I can pet her. She has the softest belly! Blondie will also sit along side of me on the sofa occasionally and fall asleep. I can even pick her up and carry her around in my skirt and she purrs and kneads the air. She is just the sweetest. Last night she kept running on her cat wheel. I tell her she is a good girl and she jumps in bed so I can pet her. She kept that up until this morning. I don't think she ever used her cat wheel so much before! I think she had pent up energy from hiding inside the box spring yesterday while I had a party. Grace strutted around frequently. I wish I could get Blondie to come out when people come over. She was so social as a kitten. Her shyness happened as she got older.

Lilith is the cuddly one! She always sleeps by my feet and in the morning she I sit on the couch she comes between my legs to get all cozy and snooze awhile while I am stroking her.
Phaedra likes to be stroked but not for too long..she is definitely not as cuddly as Lilith.

I have 2 little boys and they are totally different when it comes to affection. Spider follows me around the house, constantly purring and rubbing against me and there is no trouble if I want to pick him up at any point for a cuddle. He will sleep on my lap quite happily and generally loves the attention. Maasai however, while he does follow me around the house is far less focused on me, actively avoids being picked up and doesnt seem very happy about it when I do. This all changes though if he is really tired. Then he will come and find me for a rub, and he even lets out the faintest of purrs (he really isnt a purrer at all) but then as soon as he's had enough it is over, even though I am then the one loving the attention! (who is the owner of who here I wonder?)

The stray I had before Raiden was so super affectionate. He loved putting his front paws on my shoulders and lick my face. He had to lay ON me when he washed himself and slept! He would not leave me alone! We snuggled up together the last night before he disappeared! I remember how fresh and clean he smelled! Now I have a stand-offish bengal who comes to me only when he wants his walk, needs his bowl filled with food, wants treats or wants to play. I love him to bits. Long Legs (a neighbor's cat who visits us daily) is quite affectionate, but he's a moggie and loves attention and gives it back.

When Dahab was 2 months old, he'd sleep under my chin. After about 2 days of this, I had to move him since it was difficult to get to sleep. Now he sleeps wherever he chooses, except in winter, then it's between my legs.
He greets me at the door when I come home from work. I pick him up and give him a snuggle, then he scampers off.
At some point, he'll sit on the ledge of the window (inside the house) but outside the bedroom, and he'll meow his head off if he sees me lying in bed. This of course means that I have to come and get him and cuddle him.
He never refuses a cuddle but he's not a lap cat either.
I'd rate my experience as 4 stars. ;)
Puts up with my cuddling him. And meows when he needs cuddles.
In New York, he used to stand by my head and meow at 2 am until I woke up and gave him a few back scratches. So, at least I no longer have a loud cat meowing in my ear at 2 am, right? :)

All I know is that I cuddle a lot more with Raiden than he cuddles with me! Although lately, at night, he's sleeping right up against me, leaving me very little room for me in a king-size bed.

Once a lap cat, always a lap cat! It sounds as if your breeder socialized this kitten well! The bond between a bengal and the owner is super strong ... so if Suri is in your lap now, she'll more than likely always be in your lap.

Quasar was a lap kitten but is definitely not a lap cat. He used to live on me. Now he only sits on me while straddling my leg for a butt slapping.

Samson is very loving and affectionate for petting, but he hates being held. I think because he's such a big boy, it's uncomfortable for him, however he will always sit next to me, and if I have a blanket, he will sit in between my feet. He also likes to sleep between my feet at night. There are times however, when he wants to be left alone, but be in the room with you.
