Great site tameeria I usually just test the sites I design on the four different screens we have here but that makes it a lot easier

I don't think many people have a 600 x 480 Screen Resolution now so I tend to design with 600 x 800 being the smallest but that's just me.

I agree, the site is probably a bit outdated in what they test for. But I actually do know at least one person who is using WebTV (tiny screen/window size) and another one who is blind and using a screen reader. They probably are used to dealing with the usual problems that most websites pose for them, but I like to do what I can to make my pages as accessible to them as I can. E.g. I like putting in "alt" tags and "invisible" navigation links for screen readers, use % width for tables for a "fluid" layout, and try to avoid making images more than 550-600 px wide.
