I have always ordered kittykat supplies from a well known european on-line retailer and apart from the odd slightly dented tins of Bozita, have never had a problem.

Last Thursday my order was a few tins short of what I had ordered, I used the on-line contact to let them know. Within an hour I had a very apologetic e-mail and very shortly after that a "your order has been dispatched" e-mail.

Order was delivered today, not only the few tins that I was short, but the entire order!

It is entirely possible that I may have been known to get a touch grumpy about poor customer service in the past but, credit where it is due, this was customer service at it's best.

Yup they are great - I ordered 24 cans, one had burst and two were slightly opened due to getting dented and they also sent me the whole order again no questions asked. Was v impressed.

I ordered a cat laser toy from them - unfortuantely it didn't work, so i emailed them - 2 mins later I had an email stating a refund would be made. No quibble, not wanting the item back - brilliant.
It was also only by sending this email that when i'd previously tried to complain about dented tins and didn't get a response I realised that i hadn't completed the form properly - i.e. not clicked a button! doh

i take it your on about zooplus, ive had same with them too.

Is there a form rule that says you can't give their name? If your going to give credit I'd like to know to "who". Always nice to hear good news anyways.

not as far as i know there isnt such a rule, if there is people have broke it many times coz zooplus and other companies are often mentioned.

That's great to hear. We order most of our tinned food from them. I have also found Floyd's Pfotenshop to be very good. We got a complementary catnip mouse toy and some human sweets with our orders, which is a nice touch.
