I can't imagine a serious problem. It really depends on the parents really. Not so much the kids.
If a Bengal didn't want to be manhandled by a child it would probably avoid the situation, like any cat. So if her concern is "will the Bengal harm my child?" then absolutely NO. Especially if it is a homebred cat who is used to children and noise etc.

I agree that if managing both kitten and baby she's likely to get overwhelmed and will have to make a choice. However, with an adult cat it wouldn't be such a problem.

When I'll have children both my cats will be 3 or 4 years old I guess so I hope it'll be ok, but it usually is (I certainly won't get rid of my cats because having a baby, and anyway I've already had toxoplasmosis ).
