Just wondered if anyone out there would know the the average price of a bengal queen or stud on the active reg, looked on quite a few site's and price's range from around £450, to 1,200, ?

I don't know anyone who will sell a cat on the active register for under £1000 for a female and £1400 for a boy. If you find one cheaper you may be looking at unregistered cats.

Thank you for the reply's, I did think is was around the £800 to £1000 for a queen, I have seen some advertised for less but they've been older cat's 2 3 years old. maybe that's why their cheeper, ?
Could I ask another question, I have seen advertised seal mink, and sepia, spotted bengal's, are they classed as AOC spotted bengal's breed no, 76a 30 with green eye's, ? great website nicola stunning cat's.

Mink and sepia are AOC (any other eye color meaning eyes are not blue like for lynx point snow bengals) snow bengals if that was your question (I didn't understand the end of the sentence , what's the numbers ? ).

Mink bengals eyes are turquoise (blue green) and sepia bengals eyes are green or golden like for browns.

I found a site explaining the genetics but basically you've got 3 alleles for a gene, C for "no point pattern", cb for "colorpoint (like siamese) pattern" and cs for "sepia (like burmese) pattern" (body darker than for colorpoint), so when a cat got a C he'll be brown whatever the other allele is, cscs is sepia, cbcb is lynx point and cbcs a "mix" : mink. (I may have inversed cs and cb but the terms are still right ).

If you have been a Bengal breeder for 8 years, as you say on a previous post, how come you don't know the price of a breeding female/male? or the classification of snows?
I think some research is needed, before you contemplate breeding any more cats.
