...can you tell by looking if the kittens in these photos are bengal, part bengal, or just plain tabby? These little rascals showed up on my back porch one morning. The little guy on the couch adopted us as his new family. My next door neighbors are fostering the other ones until we can find them homes. I love my little guy as much as is humanly possible no matter what, but it would be interesting/exciting to think that he is a bengal (or even part bengal).

The first one kinda looks like a marble bengal but I can't tell, but I am pretty sure the second one is surely a bengal...looks alot like mine actually!

oooo and my boyfriend thinks the last two look like pixie bobs! I don't know though...

Yeah thanks for the info. I guess there is no way I'll ever know for sure, but I think these kittens are bengals too. Out of 6 kittens 5 were spotted/striped and one was marble/striped. None had any other kinds of markings like boots, patches, calico, etc. They also have an over-developed hunting instinct. The ones that lived out on my porch for a while drug up all sorts of little critters such as mice, moles, voles, and even 1 adult rabbit (that probably outwieghed them). All of this begs the question: how did someone lose a litter of bengal kitties?

I don't think the last two are PixieBobs (well not pedigree PixieBobs) because they (or at least the one I can see) has a full length tail.
There is a bit of a mixture there. Looks like a pedigree Bengal has been mated by non-Bengals to produce that litter. I wonder where the mother is.

Good to know you're taking care of them, poor little things.
