Hi everyone.
I am thinking of adopting two retired Bengal breeders. Both because it's cheaper, but also because I don't have enough time to spend with a kitten (I work during the day, hence getting two, to keep each other company). It would be my first experience with Bengal cats although I have owned cats for many years. I don't have kids or any other pets.
Has anyone had experiences (good/bad) with retired breeders? Also, I was thinking of getting two females - again, any good/bad experience with two girls together? Would I be better off getting a girl and a boy?
I'm told that the girls I'm interested in (a brown rosetted and a snow rosetted
) are both good natured, and though they haven't actually spent time together, the breeder doesn't foresee any problems socialising them.
The only problem is that they're an 8 1/2 hour drive from my place, so it'll be hard for me to meet them before committing...
I'd love to hear more about your experiences with these amazing cats!
Thanks
Emma
