Hi everyone. Its been a while since I have posted.

I am really sad to say I need to find a new home for Gracie. She is really unhappy here. She is scared of the kids and will only let me close to her. If anyone goes near her she really panics.

I thought the skittish behaviour was just because she was new here and that it would stop once she got used to us. I have bonded really closely with her but she is terrified of the rest of the family. We have tried to be quiet and gentle around her but its not working. Plus its just not realistic for me to expect children to be that quiet all the time.

Gracie is a lovely gentle girl. She is very clean and tidy. She is fine with our labador. I don't know how she is with other cats. She is spayed and vaccinated.

She would love a home where its pretty quiet and calm. I really hope someone will offer her a forever home where she will be happy.

Aww, I'm sorry to hear this but you've obviously done everything you can to make it work and some cats just prefer to be in a quieter household, maybe with just one adult.

Have you spoken to Gracie's breeder? If not perhaps you should run it past her she may/may not be able to help.

Hope she finds a good home soon.
