My wife and I have recently lost our cat to kidney disease at the age of 13 and are looking for a new housemate, or housemates.

Our preference is usually to have two cats (but Mischief was not keen after his older love, Toothie, passed away a couple of years ago).

We also tend to adopt rescue house rabbits, although our last two also died of old age in the last six months.

So we are open to adopting a cat that would like to live on his/her own, one that we might prefer a friend for in the future, or even a pair coming together. It would also be good if they would happily live with house rabbits.

I would have replied to some of the postings already made in this forum, but I am new here and I don't appear to have permission as yet.

Feel free to email me at bullywee@aol.com and I can tell you more about our circumstances.

We live in Renfrew, near Glasgow, but are happy to travel around the UK for the right furry friends.
