I am writing this with a very heavy heart. I have decided that it would be best to re-home my male 6 year old Bengal. Unfortunately since my daughter was born 10 months ago we have been having lots of problems with our cats and although I thought I would never be one of those people who rehomed their cats when they had a baby, I think I need to.
Our 2 bengal cats are half brother and sister and like siblings they have a love-hate relationship which has got worse since my baby has arrived and the male cat bullies the smaller female quite badly. I think that it would be easier to rehome Leo than Zena as he is the more confident cat.
Leo is a big, vocal and playful cat that loves to spend time in the garden. His vaccinations are due now and will be done before he leaves us. I think he may be ok with other larger cats but I'm not sure? He requires a large garden with a cat flap as he loves going outside but as he was a house cat for 4 years we designed a very secure garden for him and therefore he has no experience of cars or roads.
If you are interested in re-homing Leo please contact me and I can answer any questions you may have.
Many thanks,
Naomi
