Hi.
I am unfortunately having to re-home Tinker, our 3½ year old Male 'Blue Eyed Snow Spot' Bengal (see pics taken earlier today).
He is and indoor/outdoor cat (i.e. comes and goes as he pleases), and is generally very affectionate, though mainly when he feels like it. He is neutered, micro-chipped, up-to-date on his vaccinations, and de-flea'd on a regular basis.
The sole reason for me looking to re-home Tinker is due to him having increasingly taken a liking to a local country hotel over the last 2+ years. This was not an issue at first (when we didn't know he was going there, and then for a year or so afterwards), but his familiarity with the place has reached a point that he has become a regular nuisance to the business. This has unfortunately not been helped by the staff (who almost all love him) and guests' friendliness towards him, and also the fact that there are no other animals there.
I have tried re-homing him once with a friend of a friend, but he did not take to her two existing cats. Although we have another cat that he gets on well with, and a dog that he's never really taken to, I would have to say that he is generally not very tolerant of other pets in his house.
He would very much be best suited to a home where he is the only pet, and ideally in a (semi-)rural location, and with no (or older) children.
I am not looking for any payment for Tinker, just a suitable forever home for him.
Thanks.
John.
