It's with sad regret that I am posting this but here it goes:
Honey is a 7 yr old, ex breeding queen. She is a sorrel rosetted bengal, spayed, jabs to date and chipped. She is an outdoors/indoors cat and house trained.
Unfortunately, over the last 3 months, she has shown a lack of toleration to my 2 children and her daughter, who is now a year old.
That said, Honey is a very affectionate and loving cat. She loves to curl up by your feet on the sofa and snooze away, she will always greet you when you return home or in the morning when you wake. She is loyal and loves going out for walks. With me, she will walk off the lead, she comes to her name and even whistle and she will meow to let you know she has heard you.
She is intelligent, so be aware that she will get into a kitchen cupboard or open a door or 2
She will walk on a lead but as a new owner to her, you will have to build up your relationship.
She would be better off in a home that has no other cats but honey could possibly go into a home with a less dominant cat, or a cat that isn't too 'hyper. I would say no dogs though. Older children or kids over 7, she will growl and spit as a warning to a child, I have witnessed this with my 2 kids, as she hates their rough handling.
I love my little girl with my whole heart but I know what she needs and my home is no longer that place.
I am in the Reading area of Berkshire, please PM me for details.
