Hello,
If anybody hears of a 1 year old male being spotted or found in Suffolk, please let me know. I am desperate with worry, he escaped from his cat basket outside the vets In Kentford near Newmarket, Suffolk on Friday morning, I last saw him at 1.30pm when he disappeared into scrubland. He has a sore eye (hence visiting the vets) and is timid around strangers. His name is Biffy and he is brown rosetted with a slight build. As you can imagine the whole family are sick with worry, Thanks Dymphna

I'll keep an eye out because I'm in Suffolk.

Have you posted leaflets area the area and informed all the local vets and rescue centres? Might be worth posting adverts in papers/on local radio too if possible.

We love in Haverhill but visit Newmarket frequently for shopping etc.

Could you post pictures? It would help identify him easier.

Fingers crossed he's found safe and sound after his adventure

Xxx

I am so sorry, you must be beside yourself with worry.

On a side note, i knew a Dymphna at school. Her brother was in my year and another brother was friends with my brother 2 years above... Unusual name so i always remember it :D

Hello,
Thanks so much for your messages. Biffy was spotted by a kind security guard, having seen one of my posters, at the animal health trust in Newmarket. . His eye was in a mess (grass seed) and he was very thin- apparently feeding on baby rabbits. When I saw him he came willingly. We are so so delighted to have our little boy back as is his brother (after the initial hissing!) Dymphna

Oh wow, that's amazing!

Sorry to hear that he isn't in tip top shape but he's home and I am sure both you and kitty are much happier x
