Just a couple of things:

1. Saying you want to re-home a cat usually means you have one to give away. I think what you mean is that you want to adopt one.

2. I think it's fairly rare for bengal kittens to be available at shelters or from individuals (other than breeders) since they are in such high demand. You may find that you have to travel a bit further, or "settle" for an adult.

Sorry I just had to post on this thread.

Firstly I think its great that you are looking to adopt a bengal, it will be the best thing ever!

I think what brainj12 is trying to say is that it can be hard to find a kitten or a young cat, those needing adoption are normally a couple of years old. Please dont let that put you off, the bengal breed is such that they can still be extremely active, playful and affectionate as older cats.

I wish you the best of luck with your search and I'm sure there is a little bengal out there just waiting for you.
