My Bubo's grandfather is Forestrun Scooby Doo born in 1998, bu he's not at Bengalpedigrees.com, I have already checked him out.

The cattery names are listed by TICA because there can be no duplicates.
Cattery names once registered are there for all time so that no one can ever register with the same name, as that would be very confusing.
The listing gives those wishing to register their cattery name a chance to see those names already registered.
It is not, as you rightly say, a list of current breeders.
