Love the 'get off the counter'! As if that works!

Oh how I love this forum. It reminds me that I am, in fact normal. It's the non-Bengal parents in this world who are odd!

Dolly's favourite place is on top of the highest kitchen cupboards - Poppy sits below and dreams of being able to get there

At this point he is the only cat in the house able to get up there and he is lording it over everyone else. I would have to stand on the counter to get him down and sometimes if he positions himself right, and gets stuck, I have to wait til my husband comes home to get him down. Until then, he just meows pitifully!

He knows he's not supposed to be up there or on the counters but well, you know how that goes. And its only a matter of time before the bengal kittens get up there. I know I can only discourage it, they ARE going to do it. Acceptance....ahhhhh!

If the cookbooks weren't on top of the fridge, Seamus would try to get into that cabinet. That is really his favorite place. He will go in there and not make a sound while I run around yelling for him!

Dolly jumps straight from the counter to the top of the cupboards with seemingly no effort and when she jumps down, it's a single leap with hardly any thud as she lands. Unlike the moggies, she doesn't need to stabilise herself on the way up or down when she jumps - that's when you realise how much more agile a Bengal is than your average cat.
